"I usually avoid commentary about commercial products because I realize that my experience is only one and I would hate to be responsible for misleading anyone. That "rule" is now being broken because of the exceptional customer service I have received from the folks at SoyQuick. Without going into too much detail, I purchased a soy milk maker - with a great deal of skepticism. To my pleasant surprise the machine has worked flawlessly, producing great tasting, healthy, soy milk. After using it several months, on the average of a couple of times weekly, it no longer did its job. I dreaded calling the SoyQuick representative because my past experience with complaints to companies has been confrontational and it always turns out to be my fault (and that the cost to have something repaired is more than the value of the item). Notwithstanding my reservations, I made the call and explained my problem. Almost immediately I was told that a new unit would be shipped that day and there would be no charge. I thought that maybe I had misunderstood, but the same story was repeated. Sorry to say that some of our American firms could take a lesson from SoyQuick on how to treat the customer. Anyone reading this can correctly conclude that SoyQuick, as long as they continue to operate as they currently are, will have all of my business. By the way, this testimonial is unsolicited."
